Since 1950, hundreds of thousands of locals and visitors alike have toured over 1,000 different Parade homes across Dane County and beyond. Whether looking to build, or just wanting to keep up with the latest home trends, the Parade of Homes is a perfect summer event for attendees of all ages!

The 2025 Parade of Homes, June 20-29, 2025, is the 75th Spring Parade of Homes and features 33 homes by 26 distinct builders.  Homes are located in two of the areas most sought after neighborhoods; Windsor Gardens in Sun Prairie, and Kilkenny Farms West in Waunakee; as well as homes individually spread across Dane County and surrounding areas, allowing visitors to see homes in a variety of neighborhoods and at a variety of price points.

The Madison Area Builders Association introduced its Fall Parade of Homes in October 2020, as an additional opportunity for builders to highlight some of the area's best craftsmanship.  The Fall Parade of Home has become a staple of the Fall and in 2025, we will be hosting the 6th Fall Parade of Homes October 10-12 and 17-19, 2025.
