The Fall Parade features a variety of price points varying from starter homes to multi-million dollar homes.
Where will the featured homes be located?
Most homes are located in Dane County, with a few located in surrounding counties.

In 2025 there are 2 featured neighborhoods -- Kilkenny Farms West in Waunakee and Windsor Gardens in Windsor/Sun Prairie. These neighborhoods have several homes to tour within walking distance.

The remaining homes are "scattered-site", meaning they are individual homes in various sought-after neighborhoods, including homes on Lake Mendota and Wisconsin.
